Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Our print-on-demand partner produces and dispatches orders from fulfilment centres in North America, Europe, the UK and Australia, and delivers to virtually every country. If our checkout accepts your address, we can ship to you. A small number of destinations may be unavailable from time to time due to carrier or customs restrictions.

Production time

Every item is made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days (typically 2–5) before they ship. Busy periods can add a few days.

Delivery time

After production, typical delivery times are:

• United States: 3–5 business days
• Canada, UK & Europe: 5–12 business days
• Australia, New Zealand & rest of world: 10–20 business days, occasionally up to 4 weeks

These are estimates, not guarantees. The shipping methods available, the cost and a delivery estimate for your exact address are always shown at checkout. Tracking is included and emailed to you when your order ships.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the recipient's responsibility.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we can re-ship it once you cover the return and re-shipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for a long time or your order is well past its estimate, contact us at info@mauriglobal.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
